I have heard that 600RRs are goods bike to learn on...I just want to get something that's a little older, maybe not in the best of shape, just to learn on.

yeah they are a little more of a full ride than the gixxers and ninja's but i agree with you on the gettin an older one to learn on you'd hate to dump a brand new bike....well if ya ever need any help finding one or learning how to ride it safely let me know, my email is kted@adelphia.net......best of luck to ya Kurt
