I am not sure what the name of the person is that leads...but really when you have alot of bikes to get through a light at an intersection you must be aware and try to slow down to catch the light if at all possible. Then if all bikes don't make it the last person through needs to slow the rest of them down or pull over somewhere safe to let the rest catch up.
Anyone agree or disagree? Or is there proper red light etiquette?
