Authorities have arrested a Griffin man they say shot one of his friends during a drunken scuffle. Captain Tony Ranieri with the Spalding County Sheriff's Office said John Holcomb was drinking with some friends Sunday at a restaurant when he decided to leave on his motorcycle. Ranieri said Holcomb had a "a little shoving match" with friends, pulled out a gun and fired two shots. One of the shots hit his friend in the neck.
