I have the two stands you see in the pic. The red one is for the front forks on most bikes and/or the rear swing arms. It has two studs in each bracket that supports the bottom of the front forks or the bottom of the rear swing arms. The black one is for the rear swing arms of sport bikes or any other bike that has spools or the pre-tapped (threaded) holes for the jack stand studs (spools). When using these together the bike is unbelievably sturdy! If you are worried about some one knocking over your bike in the garage, this is the way to go; along with the convenience while servicing your bike. Paid about 160.00 for both 1&1/2 years ago.
