Help me to not lose faith in NE GA bikers! :headbang:

My name is Tony and I'm an alc... oops, sorry, wrong forum! ;)

Seriously, I am the co-founder of a small club based around Toccoa. Our web site, such as it is, can be found at http://foothillsmc.com

There are no officers or fees, just people who want to ride. We are family oriented, so no booze or bad language (perhaps THAT's what we're doing wrong!).

We plan a ride every first Saturday, but all through last year and so far this year, no more than 3 or 4 bikes show up! I send emails out a couple of times a month updating events and such, but few, if any people show up! I'm beginning to thing that the bikers in the area just don't care!

Please help. Visit the web site and make suggestions as to what we can do to increase the participation or, if you live in the area, drop by and take part in a ride!

I know the feeling.There was about 10 of that got together to hang out,ride,etc.We were meeting once a month,two rides a month.Now meeting's consist of mabey two or three,and rides are the same.Planned a ride back up to deals gap.Got one mabey,and a lot of I dont know's.:headbang: So I posted a ride on a couple of forums.I guess no one rides anymore.I got into riding for the people.And biker's ,just arent bikers anymore.10 yrs ago,just a lame excuse to ride was all you needed.Now it takes week's of planning,and a bill before congress.But good luck Foothills M/C.
