Okay, I'm trying to remove the tail light assembly so that I can install my tail light modulator. I remove all of the screws that I can see ... and I reach a dead end.

There are some bolts that pass through my rear fender. Are those the ones that I need to remove so that I can get into the space where I can splice in the tail light modulator? My service manual doesn't really make it clear.

The best place is under the seat for the wires to connect to what your doing. take a test light and ground one end. turn left turn signal on and find the flashing wire. mark that ine left and then find the right. should be able to hide all wiring under seat.
